Due to the way controllers are paired, you will need to manually pair your controller to the computer utility SixaxisPairTool (available on the website), and a mini USB cable. Android 3.1+ users have the option to pair their devices directly via USB.
Using an ORIGINAL controller is strongly recommended. Many after-market controllers won’t work. It is very likely that your original Sony controller will not work if you receive a message stating “Client connected 1”, but the lights continue to flash.
Gasia makes the fake controllers most likely to work, though not always guaranteed. I would love to know if you purchased a fake controller that works, but wasn’t made by Gasia so I can compile a list.
