After fan feedback, Dead Space Remake Modifies Plasma Cutter and Pulse Rifle

Motive and EA’s Dead Space Remake will change the sound of the Plasma Cutter’s and Pulse Rifle’s weapons after fans complain. EA’s official Dead Space Twitter account posted the new sound effects. This shows how they have improved upon what fans disliked about the sound effects.

This was a small but highly appreciated change by the developers. Caden House, the Motive community manager, explained how they changed the sound effects and said that the Dead Space remake footage was still in progress.

Dead Space Remake Makes Plasma Cutter, Pulse Rifle Changes

EA and Motive’s Dead Space Remake is still controversial. This mainly stems from Visceral Games closing down. EA made Visceral Games add microtransactions and co-op to Dead Space 3 after it failed to meet sales projections.
