Speedrunner skips Metal Gear Solid 3’s Epic Ladder Climb.

Brazilian speedrunner Apel has found a way to skip the famous ladder-climbing scene of Metal Gear Solid 3 with Snake Eater.

I don’t know why anyone other than a speedrunner would do that. The long climb leads to an acapella rendition of the game’s incredible ‘Snake Eater. But to each their own.

While the Metal Gear Solid 3 ladder climb is truly one of the best moments in the game, some fans might find it tedious after a second or third playthrough.

Speedrun fans will find this section to be too tedious. It takes up a lot of time. This glitch is super useful.

Metal Gear Solid 3 – Snake Eater is not available on all gaming systems.

The game is available in HD on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PlayStation Vita. A 3DS port of the game can also be played in stereo 3D.
